What most people need to keep in mind though is the RC car companies are filming for hours and using multiple cars to get the best footage. What we dont see us all the broken cars and crashes. It all looks great on the promotional videos but in reality i dont have an entire factory full of RC cars so if i break it yhen i have to fix it.
Well I have the typhon grom and I'm very happy with it now I'm waiting for the Mojave grom to add to my collection of mini cars i never considered the granite grom 😮😅
I am excited about the Mojave Grom. The Granite Grom is more fun than I expected it to be. My favorite is the Typhon grom with the granite tires and wheels.
I don’t see any advantage unless you need more weight in the front or back depending on what you’re doing with it, if you jump it a lot and need weight in the rear to keep it from nose diving then I would say yes. That’s the only advantage I can think of

There is a lot of repairs, skateparks especially, but it is fun, until you have to carry it back to your car and fix it.

Would you advise using metal diff covers or not?

@RCZilla Thank you, I was just wondering if it would held hold the diff better? So as the mesh would stay correct.
@XtrmTJ97 I have ran a ton of batteries through the groms and haven’t had any issues with that part wearing out and loosening up.
