للاسف هذا الزمن كان ذهيبا لبدر هاري وتمنيت لو كان موجد ريكو في هذا الوقت وكذلك من يتحدى بدر هاري اليوم ، الان نحن في 2022 ااسف للمستوى الذي وصل له اليوم وكنت اعرف ان مستواه لا يبشر بالخير مند 2010 لكن رغم ذاك يستحق كل الاحترام سبب خسارته المتكررة فقد الثقة ولم يجد نفسه مايك طايسون اكبر من بدر ولا زال يلكم بقوة الى اليوم، العامل النفسي لا تنفع معه التمارين والاجتهاد بدر فعل كل شيئ قبل وهو فخر العرب الان وسيبقى اسطورة

meadowvideos he punching high because thats how u practice the jab usually you open with a jab meaning your opponent is standing up straight. If he is tall aka Remy or someone thats just taller then you the jab has to be elevated. especially if they lean back when u throw. hope that helped

Hari heading to boxing. Well that's where the Klitschko's went after KB, worked out well for them.
The change in his physique is pretty drastic. Badr has *never* looked even close to being that big/ripped.
I would be SHOCKED if he didn't start a performance enhancing routine after the Overeem fight. Maybe not steroids, but I'd guess at least HGH.

@scarred10 at his level, it would take a year or two, to master the basics, and another year or two to be competitif and on tops of his sport, I'm not saying he'll be world champion, but he'll hold his ground agains't alot of fighters.

Nothing says world class fighters in training like Enya.
he is a great fighter but if you look at the puches from shilt when hari got knocked down u see that he needs to work on his defence. he can't take many puches and he gets down to quickly. but in all other areas i think he is the most talented and best fighter in K1. he will become champion and i rate him higher than shilt cause he is just 25 and there is still a lot to come from him
