Funny enough, I just took your advice & deleted RUclips & removed Safari from my Homescreen (right after you said it), then went "Wait, how am I going to watch the rest of the video when I just deleted RUclips? Oh, I'll just watch it on Safa... WAIT" lmao! So here I am, up from my slump of lying in bed all day, to type this comment from my PC haha!
Your first tip got me out of bed instantly, and even before getting up, I noticed a great feeling of not being able to just instinctively tap on either RUclips or Safari instantly. Having that friction you mention is definitely key.
Thank you for the great info man. :)

It is an absolute pleasure. I am so glad you took the time to write this and that the tips are working. We must rely on friction not free will🔥

I just listened to the Blinkist version of this book and want to buy this book and read the whole thing. I like your video. This is the first time I am hearing about the Shortcuts. I have watched a few vids on "Make Time" but I got a ton of value out of your video. Thank you. Keep making videos.
