  • Japchae is one of our most popular recipes on our blog, so we made a video for you! I have grown up eating these simple Korean stir fried noodles many times and many different ways. We use only vegetables in this video, but you can add whatever you like, such as pork or beef. Also feel free to adjust the recipe to your liking, whether you like more soy sauce or more sugar/honey.
*Sorry for the late posts! we are having issues with our computer and are looking into getting a new one! So, thank you for all your support and we hope you like this relaxing video!*

I like japchae. I took a Korean cook class for a while, and at that time, I became attached to the food called japchae while making japchae, which requires a lot of work. Thank you for the 5th video.

I’d love to see a video of the common items you buy from the store to make a lot of these dishes. That way I can stock up and have it all on hand. ☺️ Example: Soy Sauce, fermented bean curd etc.

i don't know if people said its too slow? for me its perfect! i love your videos and how you cook the dishes. also the musics you put in.
It helps me relaxed when watching and somehow makes me able to imagine the flavors of all the food you cook.

I personally would love it if there were videos on cooking techniques. Cooking is a hobby of mine that enjoy, and sometimes it feels a little confusing about where to start to learn how to be a good chef.
