Hi Bryan, I’m a Scorpio rising with a Sag sun. My husband had a stroke in Jan and then a second stroke on the October 14th eclipse. He passed on October 25th. This new moon in Sag is conjunt my natal sun. I know there is significance for my new beginning. My husband passed during my Pluto square Neptune. We were married 46 years. I’m allowing my new life to be revealed to me. Lynn

Hi Brian, sorry for being a bit late with my commend, but I kept falling asleep during the meditation (a common thing for me😁). So now, on this beautiful morning🌞, being wide awake, I listened again and am in awe. This is another meditation of you to stay with and do regularly to transform negativity. There are more ways of course, but doing it sitting in front of a bonfire is a wonderful way, specially in the winter season❄️⛄️

Isn't attachment the recipe of suffering? If you are inquisitively observing, like a benevolent alien, without adding meaning, or judgments, but with curiosity and mindful presence only, wouldn't that be free of suffering? Because of not being attached to anything but only observing/noticing?
