pjack showed up at the cookout with this really sour lumpy stew he made at home and i think i was the only one to try some out cause i felt bad for him
I still remember getting that throw in college against Anna, but at that very moment my friends walked into the suite and died laughing while I tried to explain that there was nothing weird going on
A couple of things you noted that's related to Jacks in the later Tekken games. The 'Seed Planter' move that's -70 on whiff is actually a mean and surprisingly semi-commonly used ground finisher. People only use it after hard knockdown moves. The baseball slide, is still quite a troll move, but since the move height changes depending on distance, you can be a sneaky sort and kill someone who's at low health and happen to be that far away.
Prototype Jack was my favorite growing up and playing Tekken 2. In my hubris I thought I was decent with him in Tag, but now I know the bots were just taking pity on my poor decision making.
SS1 into SS2 my all time favorite combo of tekken 😂 Execution aur timing isssi combo sa sikhi ha agr sai time pa ss2 na maaro tu opponent ghomta nai tha haath k sath😂❤
I remember Mainman overhearing that not even a pro could make P.Jack work. Even Gigas and Lars in T7 could work with the right pro. Makes you realize how busted fighting games were back in the 90s vs now.
yes..but this time more detailed , good quality and added more combos also that video was very old haha time flies and thanks a lot for the support dude^^
I appreciate you showing that Prototype Jack does have some actually decent moves. He just has too many other downsides that nullify those decent moves.
I hope you talk more about Tekken 1 or 2 characters in depth someday. TheMainMan barely talks about those games aside from T1 King's d/f 1, so if you really got a ton of knowledge on this series, I hope you can shed some light on the meta of those games, as well as Tekken 3. It's kinda hard to be invested in videos like this, because he's talked about this before.
The balancing was done in reaction to Tekken 3 as the new engine hadn't even been close to fully explored when Tag 1 was released. People thought Law, Paul and Nina were godlike and didn't understand why Jin, Ogre and Julia were so strong. So Tag 1 got released and the power gaps were huge as people learnt more and more about the characters and more tech was found. It wasn't until the Tekken tag world tournament when people were introduced to the Korean Tekken scene and saw what real Mishima play looked like and it was even further down the line where Ogres strength was shown. The Chang's started out really strong Julia was considered #1 at one point before the Mishima Ogre crazy stuff pushed them out of the limelight. They had a late resurgence when Bode showed just how strong they were against the Mishimas. It's crazy that Tekken 3 released back in 97 yet that engine through tag 1 kept the community on its toes with new discoveries for 7/8 years. Despite it's flaws it's still my favourite fighting game, Julia being so cheap helped there but it's depth is crazy and the movement feels a lot better than newer Tekken games.
getting hit by bruce esp as a big char in this game made you feel like a tiny ass acorn. I will say his side throw was worth it to piss people off though. He was insanely shit but tilting people with that throw was great.
_PROTOTYPE_ Jack (keep in mind this guy is a first draft of all of the Jack Robots) is working as intended. He's supposed to be a busted version of Jack so players can have fun defeating opponents with a broken character. He's supposed to be like a handicap, or something, so experienced players can have a challenge.
Well he is a prototype. Can't really expect it to fight against actual demons and God Ogres considering it's in his name.
true lol
pjack showed up at the cookout with this really sour lumpy stew he made at home and i think i was the only one to try some out cause i felt bad for him
you know that a game is broken when even the bottom one character has overpowered moves
xD
Miguel's T-Rex arms feels like air defense missile compared to PJack's malfunctioning chip processor.
haha yes
As main Miguel yes is sadly true.
slapping anna's but is defo the only reason i would play this character lol
I still remember getting that throw in college against Anna, but at that very moment my friends walked into the suite and died laughing while I tried to explain that there was nothing weird going on
I have a friend that plays Nina and Anna. Prototype Jack did what he does best to them. Good times, good times.
pjack keeps on fucking messaging me on grindr saying he wants to 'rock my world' anbd i cant even bring myself to block him because i pity him
Pjacks going through hard times man
Useless bucket of bolts. Hopefully they decommission him soon.

i missed the whole video cus this game soundtrack is so distractingly good
it's nostalgic
SS1 into SS2 my all time favorite combo of tekken 😂

you are having that Tekken reset phase until Tekken 8 is properly out . Christmas and all...
Me too bro. im with you
Pls make him DLC in T8, this version completely as is
lol
We must praise this game for being Lore Accurate 😂
Being slapped by a metal boy won't let you to bathroom for a week at least.
I remember Mainman overhearing that not even a pro could make P.Jack work. Even Gigas and Lars in T7 could work with the right pro. Makes you realize how busted fighting games were back in the 90s vs now.
He didn't overhear that, he stated that.
@@KarlKognitiv whatever, you get my point.
"Prototype" Jack? More like "Garbage" Jack.
re-upload xD, been watching you for that long, keep up bro
yes..but this time more detailed , good quality and added more combos
also that video was very old haha
time flies
and thanks a lot for the support dude^^
*Says P-Jack has arguably the best DF1 in history*
*Ends up struggling to connect*
😅😂😅😂
One of the very few stuff i knew before watching😅
Cool vid regardless man, thank you! You teach us neat stuff 😀😀
3:50 damn, an actual death combo in tag 1
At least the main Jack models are slowly integrating PJack moves into their own over time. Maybe Jack 9 will get a rotating body next
Can't really expect much from a prototype, but he does have the best move in the game. Y'all know exactly what I'm talking about. 😏
Wow congrats you made the same joke that's at the end of the video
@@moonalesca Thank you. I just wanted to make sure that the point got across.
the best move has to be where he folds the opponent, most brutal move in tekken i think
For a prototype he definitely have cool design
Do you mind mentioning the moves inputs?
next time I will...sorry
Bro hit the pause so we KNEW that low was guaranteed…. OD
He is literally the big show of tekken
Other characters can get more combo potential because of him 😅
I can't blame him. He is just "Prototype" afterall😅
xD
They took the malfunctioning prototype to a whole new low level
It's curious, P. Jack it was very popular when I used to play TTT 1
I see
P.P. Jack needs to come back...
T8 have two bears...
Why not a P. Jack 2.0?
will you talk about P Jack in tekken tag 2?
yes
@@mwkan772 thanks
I appreciate you showing that Prototype Jack does have some actually decent moves. He just has too many other downsides that nullify those decent moves.
Even True Ogre's moves are faster or just have extremely better hitboxes
true
That law combo was wild
Lol p-jack always getting shafted all the time
Well... hes a prototype for a reason... and I think they should go back to the drawing board with this one
Jin can get 2 lazer scrapers from EWGF against all Jacks and True Ogre.
The most under-powered ever Tekken character _who wasn't an obvious comic relief character_ a la Dr B. and Gon in T3.
The video is great and funny but an universal d4 that´s plus 3 on hit and minus 6 on block is indeed godlike.
I hope you talk more about Tekken 1 or 2 characters in depth someday. Can you do Dr. B NEXT?
sure^^
I think doublef3+4 is useful when you can kill your opponent but still it is very risky if its blocked or not😂
That's basically what it is. An all-or-nothing round ender.
that stupid dive is best used at the range where you both don't know if it will be a mid or a low lmaooo
@@parry3439 true xd
@@parry3439the jack player tends to know when it becomes a low or not. Many of his moves and grapples ensure that range is set so you can set it up
P JACK VS TRUE OGRE = WORST MATCH UP of all time for P Jack
ss+1, ss+2
sweetest combo in the game
this game have no play test that’s for sure
yes..

I used to unironically main P.Jack during my Tag 2 days
People would GENUINELY RAGE QUIT the moment that throw connected, miss those days haha
P.Jack Has at least 120 live bar, Paul have 100. In TTT Paul and P.Jack are the worst of the worst. If you are masochist play them as a tag team 😅😅😅
I will make 1 on paul as well
-8 ON HIT???!!! 🤣🤣🤣
sad p-jack....
:(

He may be the worst character in the game, but he's the best-looking Jack design, in my opinion.
Prototype means he is underrated one.. hope he never returns to Tekken tag tournament 3.
a better df1 than devil
so true
Proto gigas 😅😅
Is a prototype.
Can't expect something great from a prototype especially the one that has a chance to accidentally disassemble itself during battle.
