I mentionned on your support page that the Taxes for Canadians Citizen are bugged... We have to remove the canadian taxe ans put the total amount of taxes on the Canadian states to make it work. But Surecart is still the best !
I think we just made some changes after a user reported it. Maybe it was you. I know one of the issues was that Canada tax rates can have 3 decimal numbers.
Usually it's CANDA (5%) and Local province or state (9.975%)
Hi Adam, I would like to try to transition an e-commerce site with 100 products from WooCommerce to SureCart but I still have some doubts.
In particular, I have two questions for you.
Is it possible to import (e.g. from a CSV file) a list of products?
Can I set a minimum spend in general, for example, to obtain free shipping?
In any case, I think SureCart is really excellent for selling digital products, Thanks.
I'd also like to know as well, I'm keen to switch to surecart
You can import products, customers, and active subscriptions where Stripe was used. All of this is covered in our docs.
I tried, it's not working for me
Hi Adam, what about importing products via csv? We have 7000 products we need to add, and manually creating each one is not feasible. I've been waiting for upload feature since launch
We added this ability around a year ago. It's all covered in detail, in our docs. You can import products, customers, and even active subscriptions.
Is it possible to add clients rates on products ?
Can you clarify what you mean by client rates? Is that meaning special pricing for certain people?
