i don't know what you say i don't understand Chinese but my experience with Trapo mats is not good and honestly to me they are not worth the money that they cost they don't fit nicely and from my conversation with the people that work at Trapo in Melaka i feel they have not enough knowledge i am very disappointed this for car mats that cost me RM 535 i can not recommend these mats to any way
your your product didnt cover fully as well，and its slip away easily，the most critical issue is that two Lock clip in the driver side will spoil and come out，the Customer Service ask me to send it back to kl for repairing，but i am driving and need it everyday，if i know this issue will come to me and my new car，i will definately no purchase this expensive car Mat
It's a generous idea but it is also everyone's choice what language they prefer to speak in their video if that's the only languange they prefet to use.

首先是我有买过！这是我见过追没诚意的car mat,那个所谓的防滑贴就给那一小块，而且还要加钱，加了等于没加，还是一样跑位！每加一样功能都要加钱！产品不够fit，本人买了三套（myvi, Dmax&GLC),都不Fit。产品很轻薄，清理很容易，可是也就是这个原因所以很会跑位！结论是这car Mat不值这价钱！
這個trapo好像以前有因為卡在煞車踏板車主發生車禍。

简直就是不行！！！千万别买！！
之前买trapo xtreme，第一次收到货背面全是刮痕，投诉后叫我返回物品给branch，他们说会寄新的过来。结果第二次收到，只寄给我投诉有刮痕的那一片，关键当时叫我还回一整套。
又和客服投诉这件事，结果客服说会再寄新的过来。
重点来了，第三次收到的就是第一次投诉有刮痕的那一套，我也已经失去耐心投诉，就这样啃下一套defect product。
