How do you reset it and how do you remove it to get the code when it sealed tight on the wall

There is a pin hole on the top, insert the tool that they provide, or alternately a paper clip, to release the door bell from the mount.

eufy customer support sucks. doorbell quit working aftervtwo months.

I’m sorry. We have not had to call customer support yet and have had no issues with the doorbells. I hope you were able to get resolution in the end.
