The guy wasn't cheating with her he was an innocent person he was a friend of her husband her husband was extremely paranoid because she had cheated on him before and don't believe to much of what she is saying!!!
It had nothing to do with jealousy. The guy had never even met this girl before. The only reason she went there was to see if he was home. This was a planned murder they thought this guy got them robbed.
@@roblockhart8410Why didn't he testify to that being the main reason? He spoke of it, and the drug debt, but to the main reason being Jon was "into his wife" who he knew through his bar. Can you elaborate a bit?
@@AliceA333He was trying to help her get off. His defence was to pretend it was an act of jealousy as opposed to planned murder. When police interviewed the victim’s friend that was present at the shooting, he told them that he was telling him about a weird story about how some girl he’s never met showed up at his house saying her car broke down and acting very weird and suspicious. I personally think there’s more to the story and it’s possible that someone hired these guys to kill him.

There are also Whatsapp notifications during the video. So, I guess when screen recording, the desktop audio was unintentionally left on. Which might also have caused the echo.

Well she may have been an actual abuse victim. I understand to some degree fearing the man whos abusing you because my ex did crazy illegal stuff constantly and it was way too afraid to tell on him. But if he wanted to murder somebody I would have ran.

As someone that works with audio files, I know how difficult it can be to clean a track up. Echo is near impossible to remove with most basic sound programs. But, even with the audio issues, this is still a good video. Thanks for uploading.

honestly its static we as an audience care about. as someone who doesnt work with or edit audio, but as someone who is an audiophile for fucking certain , so long as we can hear the people speaking we are happy. alot of footage from these have the ac noise since the cameras are half ass installed right next to a damn air vent. kinda just drone it out at this point lmao

I remember reading this had a lot to do with money owed to Sam and possibly his wife was also pissed about the money owed? Or she was truly frightened of Sam and trying to get Jon on her side? It's all a bit confusing. As for her cheating, if Sam was an over controlling, possessive jerk maybe that's why? But instead of cheating just leave, why make an already bad situation worse!

If she had exercised her Right to have an attorney present during questioning, he may have stopped her from answering certain questions that could have fallen under Spousal Privilege. The law cannot compel you to testify against your spouse... but they don't have to stop you from volunteering such information.
