I think there is a real possibility that they will be together publicly after Louis finishes his tour on June 6th. They will both have had highly successful records and tours and they must be getting very tired of working out ways to avoid being photographed together - not a great way to live. I am sure that together they can come up with imaginative ways in which to keep their careers going in ways that suit them. Imagine joint concerts or acting together !

You're buying into a myth. Louis tours 9-10 months out of the year and is quite fit. With Harry and Louis, employ the same chef that 1D employed when they were touring. Her name is Sarah, and she's now touring with Niall. She posts plenty of pictures of the healthy options available to the crew.
Harry has made it clear he smokes pot, drinks, and has used drugs. Louis has also bulked up over the year since he broke his elbow and arm, probably due to physical therapy and taking better care of himself.
