I tryied yoga the last 3 days and im not joking i slept like in 5-10 mins, obviously im learning how to breath with that and help me some hours before sleep, try it nothing is imposible nd u will feel better ur body!:) I usually cant sleep or just 4, 5 hours

I remember a couple years ago i came across an inaudible asmr video of a woman's mouth. It sounded exactly like this and I loved it. I never found it again and almost nobody making "inaudible" asmr would recreate that sound (mostly it's unintelligible but i can hear it loud and clear, annoying -_-) This is perfect Patrick thank you so much ❤
