And, I am proud to say, that that BASS PLAYER behind Pal, is a very dear friend of mine, The great Bassist, Alan Deremo!!! He was a long-time Bassist for John Denver, as well, thru-out the 90's during this same time period! Love seeing Michael Jackson digging a-ha, too!! Very special, and he knows amazing talent when he experiences it!!!
Talk about faking a performance - no wires to the guitars, no electrical chords to the electric keyboard - what were they thinking? I remember A-Ha singing "Take On Me" on an awards program and I remember hearing him try to sing that song. I haven't heard a sound that bad since my dog was hit by a car when I was 13 years old.
