一共有9天時間待在西藏，4天在拉薩，5天請了當地導遊司機去山和日喀則。前後大概需要2天來回轉機時間

一般6-9月去西藏比較好，吾怕太凍
至於高反就因人而異，但絕對建議去之前先食定高反藥同帶定去旁身，因為我食左高反藥去到都有出現輕微高反
