I usually wake up very early morning about five am ,after washing for prayer I have a cup of warm water with lemon and honey ,I walk to mosque for fifteen minutes go and back ,I read some coran and browse some news in social media ,after having my breakfast and take way to work.

I wake up at 4_45 in the morning... First of all I offer my prayer,recite the Quran... After that I do some powerful affirmations.. And then I do yoga.... It's my regular habit since 3 months...
