The message I got was eat live food! It was so clear and loud. It took me a while to finally encompass this practice about 3 weeks ago. After about 2 weeks I was feeling very heavy and weighed down. In a meditation it came to me that my fat cells were dissipating, releasing old emotions to be processed. I made sure I drank plenty of water and envisioned the emotions washing away. This sounds so in line with what you described. BTW the 2nd message was the one I was drawn to. This was beautiful!!
