hi i did the hard reset and then hurried to the keyboard dictionary reset and reset that luckily the passcode popped up but it didnt at the first few trys once i got it to do passcode and reset it my phones keyboard as been fine since i hope this may help

@@alexozbun6255 hi yes i did ps you have to be quick when the passcode pops up settings then general then reset then reset keyboard dictionary then enter passcode i had to keep hard resetting the phone and being very quick to get to those settings asap
