    I have been doing fascia work for over a decade. I was trained by John Barnes and have studied Tom Myers work extensively as well as ART. What you have discussed and taught in the few videos I have watched is extraordinary. I recently had a concussion and found this video but applied your diaphragm release techniques to my self and my wife and found great results. Thanks for you information.

    I said it with a swear word when I fell off the ladder and compound fractured my lower right leg. "What the "eff" did I just do?" And then I had to do a backward crab crawl 100 feet back up to the house to holler for help.

    Totally fascinated with this concept. Have been rigorously following your podcasts. And now disappointed due to the charge intercepted! Sick of everyone grubbing for the deflating dollar.
    Our health should be honored with generosity!

    I really enjoyed this podcast! My daughter and I want to give this protocol a try. She wants to improve her sleep and I want to improve my eyesight. I love the idea of a thermographer. I hope you can make something happen with your contact in New York, and eventually get one yourself!

    I love you guys, mostly. Lol the work I am doing on my only patient, me is a combination of SE Somatic Experiencing and now Block Therapy. I'm developing a new relationship with my body and my environment. While practicing SE, rolling in the floor, feeling with attention and intention to reconnect. Block Therapy is point on. I'd already basically discovered this for myself using an actual brick with a sock on it. I'm the Alchemist, not the Apothecary. Source led me to you. I will order a wooden block first chance.

    I’m starting out with this doing what I can. I’m really over weight and my stomach is really knotted. It’s extremely hard for me to get up and down off the floor. Can you give me some alternative positions for doing the legs and stomach? My whole body has been through a lot of trauma and what I’ve done so far has really helped. I’m so grateful to have found this. Thank you from my heart ❤

    ALSO ... through my journey through First Responder PTSD (repeated Critical Incident Stress Injuries); PTSD has a MAJOR brain inflammation component (PubMed) and shares many similarities to a functional brain injury like concussion. Started making progress in the multifaceted healing, not just coping when I started various concussion protocols.

    I've hit my head so many times as a kid. I know I will benefit from this and will jump on this before bed tonight. I went to the website and notice that day #1 of the protocol is the vagus nerve class. I love this one and am always ready for bed afterwards. Deanna you never seize to amaze me. Thank you for sharing your healing intuition with the world.

    I got knocked off a ladder 4 years ago, hit my head on a 6 ft fence post. The kid helping me thought I died, just knocked out and a concussion. But lost some of my cognitive function, had my shoulder replaced, hope this will help.

    I noticed the protocols you offered did not include any of therapy you discussed with the eyes or fascia decompression? It seems as though what’s offered is missing the concussion protocols?

    I had been sleeping on too many pillows when my neck got stuck ear to shoulder for a week (boarding school wouldn't let me see doc or anyone actually qualified). Since around that time ive had difficulty going into REM so medicated. Going to try the intro block with towel first to see if i can handle the pain, then hopefully i can build up to this.

      Ida Rolf, pioneer of bodywork therapy. Her book, Rolfing, is still in print. There are still rolfing therapists available in most large cities.
      Alternatively, an Awareness through Movement (Feldenkreis) therapist might be available.
      The fascia hold the bones and muscles in place; these types of bodywork manipulate the fascia to release “stuck” connections.

    I may need to try this! I suffered from TBI after being hit by a car on my bicycle 4-1/2 yrs ago and have had problems with sleep ever since. I have tried nearly everything to regain my sleep and not even a sleep study provided any help.
    But I was born with a lazy eye so how does that affect things?

    So you pay for a membership- do these other programs like concussion cost more on top of that. Trying to figure out if this program is affordable. Starter program makes it sound like you’re gonna just keep having to put more and more money out.

      @Fluidisometrics  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi there! Great question. Most programs are included in the membership, including the concussion protocol. The only time there is an addition cost would be for programs which involve an additional tool.
