Actually Basanti Pulao is a kind of sweet rice recipe. It is authentic Bengali recipe, basically Bengalis are prepare the recipe in Puja purpose as a Bhog. I cooked Gobindo Bhog rice with dry fruits, clarified butter and sugar. Very delicious and tempting recipe.
