What if those clg students are international certified in those tech. is those certifications are waste of time? becoz only experienced guys works on these tech. why will they hire freshers for that.....?
Wasyf Ali, there are many other things that comes along with experience. Plus, campus recruitment is like buying raw material that has potential to be a good product. That’s why companies don’t promise what tech stack or kind of projects new hire would do. However, if someone is really good at it, apply for specific positions and show them you’re god at.
