Had no idea Kevin Levrone was a man of God, also completely agree, being alone is a very important thing, it's the only time you can truly think and reflect. And ''meditation'' regardless of the connotation you may associate with the word, is just as Kevin said, is just a place of deep thought and focus, it often helps you reflect upon things, understand things, God, and yourself better. Always remind yourself what matters, and what you truly want. Be surrounded by incessant noise and commotion too long and you'll lose yourself, and what matters most.
One of the reasons Kevin is one of my favourite body builders
I’m currently undergoing spiritual isolation myself. A lot of chaos is unfolding right now, but I realise now that it takes someone to lose everything to know he has everything. Praise the Lord.

For the longest time I thought that I was truly alone, just had no one, and wasn’t going anywhere. I was sad, depressed, and angry. But as I look back I realize that God separated me to bring me back to Him. And he’s worked on me, built me up, and help me grow as n more ways than I could’ve imagined. God is so good. Your never alone. God is always with u!

It seems like my Muslim brothers came here with frustration. I understand. We can be very quick to judge, quick to anger, quick to wrath. When we feel, more so, that our religion has been attacked by the other side. However Christ our King, our Lord of Lords, has many titles, and deserves many crowns upon his head. He came in peace, but carrying a sword. He became a lamb, to be Sacrificed for our sins, when we being unjust, deserves the wages of sin- which would be our deaths. Please do not only open your eyes, but your hearts to the Love of Christ, for he is our redeemer. If you need proof Jesus spoke with the commandment and authority of being God, excluding the gospel of John, in the first book of the New testament, Matthew, it is impossible to not see the Glory of Christ our king, our Lord, as also our God.

I heard that both his parents died from cancer one by one when he was young... If that is true i can understand why he thinks like that and religious background. He had to be alone when they died usually as people do when loved ones die. He turned that around when he was alone with his thoughts and feelings because he understood who he was and found a way to thrive in life again through the visions of the future what can be if its needed. He became one of the greatest bodybuilder of all time. Remember it is good to socialize and connect with people but you also need to think and feel for yourself by being alone. Isolate. Know yourself better, know god because YOU are god in some sense and know what you want in life because you can get it if you truly see it in your mind. "Manifest"

Yeah, God can and will speak whenever He wants too. It is still good to spend time alone to understand what God has said to you even if you aren't deliberately going out to hear Him say anything new.

I disagree. God can reveal himself through people. It can be messages, you need to hear to be better or "proofs of his goodness" aka angels in human-form .
He isn't saying God can only revel himself in stillness, just that its not thought about anymore in today's society of constantly staying "busy". We don't have enough time with God in stillness which is something we can do daily and develop a deeper relationship with God.
He's mainly speaking the action of contemplation, sitting down and reflecting on god, yourself alone and how everything is in life and just anything that may bring you into contemplation. That's mainly what I got from this video, including the other topics.
Its the focus on other things that prevents looking at God, people use others to distract them from God

1.Ancient Egyptians -
The acient egyptians had the trinity of Amun(god of wind), Re( god of the sun and creator god), and Ptah(Egyptian God of Art and Creation).
