Like he's saying a kilogram of feathers actually would show, in this example 0.9 instead of 1.0. Nah. Things need to touch the ground to have weight so air resistance has nothing to do with weight. You can't weight a falling object, hence astronauts are "weightless" in space, because they're free-falling. Weight will only measure differently if object A and B, both the same mass, are measured in different places with different gravitational force i.e object A is measured on earth and object B is measured on the moon. Then object A will be heavier despite both having the same mass.
