Osteoporosis-Safe Reformer "Killer" Abdominal Series

Pilates Reformer friends, practitioners, and teachers! This "killer" abdominal series has been a hit with my clients for years, and now I'm bringing it to you!
Safe for osteoporosis (neutral spine) and beginners (provide additional rest for legs!), this series includes arm work and awareness cues to target the deep abdominal connection that the Reformer is known and loved for.
Teachers: Try this on your own body first to feel the deep work and implement the cues provided. Then, feel free to level this up even more for clients with no spinal conditions by adding abdominal curls and your own bonus choreography!
