- We found some great items dumpster diving at retail shops, but I am SO glad we switched to apartments when we did. We found so many clothes and shoes along with multiple bags of canned food and a laptop! It's always a great day when you find things to donate :)

The canvas bad that you tried on, is actually a vest for a dog! It has compartments to carry stuff the owner and dog may need! My dog, Piper, who is a service dog in training, for medical needs, wears a vest while she is working!

Kelly love you two and enjoy your videos. That kitchen window has room for a kitty grass area. It's really good for cats. We have grass and a catnip in our window..the cats love it.❤

The brown bag with handle at top and bags on both sides is a hiking backpack for a dog. The first brown leather looking bag with the small hook is a toiletry bag.
Good to see that you were able to save so much from the landfill.

I clean rugs like that with dish soap, a broom, and a hose on the driveway. Dog backpack.

Due to your videos, I went the day after Valentine’s Day and asked if I could buy a box of greeting cards for my students to practice writing addresses and friendly letters. The store gave me three large boxes 📦 of cards for all the 2nd grades at my school. The students loved it.
The brown canvas bag you put around your waist looks like a saddle bag or Panniers for a bike that goes over a rear bike rack. You guys are so funny. Those were awesome finds. ❤

Hi…you should start going to the grade schools dumpsters again they are beginning to clean out their classrooms and such! Lots of divers have been finding tons of stuff to sell,donate,etc! First part of video are items from Dollar Tree.. I work there & we do dispose of lots for very minor things. However we do reduce food if nearing expiration date to .50c-.25c. A great way to help customers…. And reduced stuff sells fast.
Bones is absolutely adorable, 😻. Our Kitty furson has his own XL twin bed in his own room. Although he rather sleep with my husband and I in our king size bed or our 13yo daughter in her king size bed.
Use the pouch belt on your road trips. Especially when you hike. Load with first aid kit, snacks, hand sanitizer, drinks, rain poncho, wipes, etc

You can clean the rug also with a pressure washer. With a bit of soap. Let it dry and it's got a amazing smel and look. Greetings from the Netherlands

my sis in law came over last night and I gave her a couple of nice shirts I found at the bus stop and she took all of the kids clothing I found lol for her grandkids it was great she knew I found them

Lil tip - You can clean rugs on driveway.
Stewed berries are a lovely snack. Put berries in a saucepan with just enough water to almost cover them but they don't float. On medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer while stirring until they begin to make their own syrup, do not let burn. As soon as it thickens, serve in bowls and eat like soup.

That's too Funny you finding all that stuff from DT Dollar Tree, I was a Freight Manager for 12+ yrs. Anything that comes in Damaged, always gets tossed, instead of removing the bowls that weren't broken, they instead toss entire cases of items, with only 1-2 damaged in case, This Company Waste SO Much Stuff, You can test this theory too. Go in a DT, open something and leave in plain view, I guarantee, it will be in the Nights Trash! Love it when You All Score!! Thank You for taking us along on your Daily Adventures! One good thing about crocs, is that you can boil water or use very hot water from the tap and soak the crocs in hot water to clean them.

Hi Kelly. I believe that tan bag with the buckles is actually for a dog. You strap it on like a vest but it has pockets for storage. I could be wrong but thats what it looks like to me. Once again , nice job on saving the stuff .

Great haul! I love crocs! Hubby says the holes in them allow your dignity to seep out..lol obviously he doesn't share my opinion of them!
I clean my large area rugs at the car wash. Make sure the floor area is clean, then use the foaming brush, low pressure rinse. I roll up the rugs & squeeze out as much water as I can...then dry at home over a picnic table or fence...or multiple lawn chairs. Cheap & effective.😁
No please do not freeze something just cold ! Cook them and then put portions in the freeze

I wish you could say your name as well as your husband’s when you welcome us to your “channel name”. I had to pause the video in order to look you up so I could subscribe. I love watching the interaction between you two. I have been watching some of your older videos just to see your smile’s. Thank you for taking me with you on your dives. Save the cut up items you find, the clothes could be used for things like quilts or face masks. The cut up cards could be used to make smaller cards to use for gift cards or valentines. Cut an image from the cut up cards and a slightly larger piece from a plain piece of the card, punch two small matching holes in the top of the two pieces you have cut out then thread ribbons or cord from the front of cards (with the image piece on top) cross the ribbons on the back and then back up through the opposite hole than the one you went down in. Pull tight then cut the ends to whatever length you like. We used to do this when I was much younger and didn’t have much money. Mom would save some of the cards from the year before to make these. The people that are gifted these cards are given a special thing as you made it yourself. These also could used as small thank you cards. My mom used pinking shears to cut these and a small diamond shaped hole punch to make the holes for the ribbon. Us kids could help by finding the image we wanted, mom doing the cutting then we would put ribbon on. A small note or just a signature on the back card would do it. I worked as a cashier for thirty years and loved to make suggestions to my customers. I also would tell to take a can of frosting and a 16oz. Jar of peanut butter mix them together and spread in a lined 8in. square pan. You then have peanut butter fudge. Cut into squares and serve. You can use whatever flavor frosting you like and either crunchy or smooth peanut butter. Enjoy!!

That apartment haul looks like maintenance cleared an apartment. My brother worked as maintenance in a complex, he cleared out amazing things.
You should always put a cooler with freezer packs in the truck bed when u head out cause you never know what you might find

Kelley, you're hair is so healthy and shiny; I'm so envious... mine (while strawberry blonde) was as full as yours, but at 79, it sure seems dininished and not so shiny as it was when my 3 sons were small!
Congratulations on selling all of your found Hallmark cards! I started diving again. I missed it so much. I now stay way over to the far side to avoid any new damage to my tires. I'm the one that repaired two tires and replaced one in less than six months. I have a neighbor friend that will be moving. I am finding boxes and bubblewrap for him. Today I found three candles, and a wood display shelf.
When we found big area rugs, We took them to a manual cash wash and lay them out in the back of truck bed Or hang where the floor mats hang to be washes. And the presser of the wand got the rugs very clean. You guys could do that then take ho.e and use the rug cleaner to pull the extra water out.
I’ve been finding a lot of clothes lately too. Most for donation but a few keepers!

Perhaps when you doing dumpster diving bring the cooler box with ice. In case you find cold/frozen foods. 😁Just a thought
