Can't wait! EVERYONE seems to have a different opinion on this. As the new owner of a 7 month old bearded dragon, it's so frustrating/confusing. I want to do my best but there is so much conflicting information.
Struggling with the exact same thing. I have a 4 month old baby and now i hear they eat 15-20 bugs and someone else said they only need around 6 and you can give them greens at first and bugs after so they get used to eating that. I'm just gonna figure out what my baby needs. This sh*t is frustrating 😅
Bro that USARK tshirt starting to look like a Smedium, you been hitting the gym?? Keep flexing’ on them haters and their groups. Everything you say is 💯 facts !! Can’t wait to see your video on disease and sicknesses .
Thank you man! We need more helpful beardie RUclips channels exactly like this one. Even though I've had 20+ dragons since the year 2000 and have kept and bred them, I still have questions - lol. What do you add to your leafy greens when your beardie looks at it and laughs and turns away? 😂
I don't do anything to the greens really, just stop feeding the dragon bugs. Some people say add worms to the greens but that's only fooling them for so long. I've seen dragons grab the worms and leave the greens lol
@@qbstailsnscales I tried shavings of butternut squash but only certain dragons like it. I saw someone say to try organic bee pollen powder. I think I'll try that next.
@@80sGAMER bee pollen can do it but usually with picky eaters, the only way to break it is by giving them only one option. How old is your dragon that isn't eating greens?
@@qbstailsnscales They were adults. I don't have any right now. I gave them all the best greens: Collard, Dandelion, Turnip, and Mustard greens, and escarole.
Thank you. I just got into bearded dragon and this was very informative. Appreciate it. I will message you direct if that’s ok for more info. Thanks again.
I joined a bearded dragon group and left almost immediately because I was getting lambasted for following the advice of someone who had owned them for over 20 years. Ive found that people on social media are more worried about winning an argument rather than being correct, rendering them completely useless.
100% people on social media are just following the word of the owner of the group.. its freaking ridiculous that we aren't allowed to have our own opinions and experiences.
@@qbstailsnscales I have a blessing and a curse of having an entire acre of my yard that every spring becomes the home of a dandelion garden no.matter how much I mow it. It never sees any kind of chemical or fertilizer but foe some reason I was evil for harvesting the greens for my beardie. He absolutely loves them but some people told me he should be taken away because I feed them to him. Idk why people think every food source needs to come from petsmart.

I agree! Everyone has their own opinion and most of the time it's wrong.

def been hitting the gym! got hefty during the holidays LOL!
Any recommendations on scales to weigh dragons?
any kitchen scales that weigh in grams are good because you can zero out the weight of the container and then put the dragon in the container.
Very good video SIR. the same principles you are applying to your dragons are used in falconry as well.
@@donkariyo8894 falcons.. wow that's pretty dope lol

20 crickets of what size? 40 crickets seems like an extremely high amount...
So 15 to 20 bugs but how many times a week?
