I love the idea that Noteblock is this all powerful god with free reign over the universe, but his omnipotence is kept in check by being subservient to chat and Failboat and the sheer shallowness of his salary.

@@imagiking69420 nope, both SMG 1 and 2 actually depend on a model of a mushroom to run! This is bc when they first were developing the game they were using the mushroom as the player model (and bc of how it was coded, the game depended on it at loading), and bc how of little space it used it was just easier to leave it in rather than take it out and fix the dependency the game had for it. I’d assume the reason why it’s the case for 2 was bc they used 1 as the base for the game and used the same logic.
