Playing another hyro unit like Xingqiu or using a shielder would provide better buffs and utility to Hu Tao than Raiden as a support. If Raiden is the damage dealer, using other electro characters like fischl or sara helps her damage more than hutao js being there(Yelan is fine depending on the team comp ur going for, I love using epilepsy Raiden). Raiden would benefit more from er weapons UNLESS ur using her as a reaction queen. For a more intensive dps Raiden, Crit/atk stats are welcome but overall Raiden loves ER due to her passive increasing her damage in ultimate form based off of her ER. Yelan can be a dps but she is better being a sub dps. She scales off hp and likes crit so things like 4pc vourshaka, 2pc+2pc hp sets, or 4pc emblem would be great. Bennet is a great support for everyone EXCEPT Yelan due to her hp scaling. Hu Tao or Raiden would want to be in Bennet's field instead of Yelan. Most of it depends on her weapon, Signature and atk substat weapon(s) makes it so youll need em sands. A EM substat weapon makes her need an ATK sands. For artifacts, Codex is obvi top choice though it does come with some flaws. Depending on the team, subsitutes can include Crimson witch, gladiator, guilded dreams, and Golden troupe(for off-field Mavuika). Pyro goblet and a crit circlet is also needed. Not to mention, you'll also need other natlan characters like citlali and/or xilonen. C1 VS. R1, Mav's sig is good for crit damage and attack stats and it also prefers her off-field playstyle. C1 benefits both on and off-field styles so in your case c1 would be better. Hope this helps and you get our Queen at C1 AND R1.
