Miss Shannon you got some personal chip on your shoulders. Come out of the dark hole your in and stop wearing face mask obviously it’s cutting the oxygen to your brain. With that said Malcolm was a great man to all, he came from nationalist back ground and ended up for all human rights and didn’t hold anyone above another. See Shannon it’s not about white vs black like. We are all humans here. It should be people vs all tyrants who take any human beings rights wether they be black, brown, yellow, red or white. He loves his people and his religion but that doesn’t mean he disregarded the rest of man kind. He embraced True Islam which is for all. So stop social distancing and get acquainted with people who aren’t your color, your religion or like you. You will find out they are decent human beings.

History has designated and labeled Malcolm X as a black nationalist. He was more of a Black Separatist, according to Elijah Muhammad's teaching. My question is how can he be labeled a Black Nationalist when he claims he is not a citizen of Uncle Sam. A Nationalist loves their nation. Was he referring to the "Nation" of Islam? Not all Blacks were members of NOI. They were not identified as Nationalists according to Elijah Muhammad. Muhammad had a false love for Malcolm X. That turned to envy when Malcolm's leadership excelled beyond Elijah Muhammad. E Muhammad was the overseer over a potato patch. Malcolm was a leader over the entire plantation. According to E Muhammad, he had no obligation to be his brother Malcolm's keeper. Thus the plan for Malcolm's downfall. Certainly the chickens came home to roost.

I took soooo long to finally start watching his timeless interviews, and speeches just to find out we are two logically like minded people who don’t sugarcoat the truth. He read them up and down and spoke so much facts that it is no wonder he is always sought out to be written off in history and not in the history books “they made” because anything that makes them look less inferior or bad they want to ignore and keep swept under the rug. I appreciate his wisdom and bravery to speak out on things that they’ll spew on us but don’t want to hear on them. My brotha Malcom X for LIFE✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽🙏🏽💙💙💙💙

I remember my first introduction to Malcolm X was as a Freshman in HS and I wanted to do an essay on him, but my history teacher advised not to. However, I proceeded to learn about him and was in awe. I admit, I was still ignorant to his religion of Islam until just now. Being a man of faith, I agree with everything that Malcolm X preaches. I wish my fellow white man was not so fearful, blissfully ignorant, and indignant of the freedom-equality-justice that islam seeks. It seems like a wonderful place in my minds eye, and will pray that someday all of islam has their home there.

The black community really needs to build up their own by starting to realize that they need to unite and help the people but how can they do that by building businesses like the black Panther party by teaching and feeding the hunger while doing this also needs protection because the YT people will try demolish it all like they usually do and snatch a black person and make them into an informant in order to destroy your community so in order to fix it I personally believe their needs to be an informant that is YT and try to demolish the YT man’s empire to give them a taste what the black communities been suffering for years! “Fight Back” Malcolm X.

Watched all the way to end again. Had to come back. Near the end Brother Malcolm asks, "who taught you to hate your hair texture? Skin tone, shape of your nose?" This struck a chord because within the last year, it's been brought out that Farrakhan teaches that our hair texture is a curse. It should be straight, as the hair of our eyebrows, like everyone else's. Things like this show me that brother Malcolm was the real deal for black people. Can't say the same for those who tried to take his place. Long live Brother Malcolm X.

I remember Malcolm X, he was a good friend of mine. We was together in the House of David, on Orchard place, in New ROCHELLE, NEW YORK. The late Mother Wisdom, told Minister Malcolm X to stay close to pa pa [ Elijah Muhammad], but he was before his time. I still miss him today.

Appreciate this collage of video excerpts from Malcom over the years of when he was alive. As an American Asian-Pacific Islander, I have study the life of Malcom over the last 24 years. The reason why I can appreciate Malcom's life ( and still even learning more from him as American- Pacific Islander to this day ) is because, to me, in essence, Malcom was a great reflective, honest, and evolving- thinking human being that believed in God and loved his people. Because he was this way, he has inspired me over the years in growing and becoming a reflective, honest, and evolving - thinking human being and also as a believer in God (Born-again Christian)
There is one thing that I would point out about this video collage that I wish it had. It would have been good to have put the video excerpts in chronological order. The reason for that is because Malcom was chronologically growing & evolving in his thinking from his prison days in the mid 40's to his tragic assassination in 1965. He went from being called Satan in his early prison days to becoming a firm believer in God before the time of his release in 1952. He went from being a member of the Nation of Islam to becoming a Sunni Muslim. He went from being very critical of the U.S Constitution and the Bill of Rights ( describing these US National Founding Documents as only being beneficial to whites and detrimental to blacks) to affirming them as "the principals in which we believe (that) these documents IF PUT INTO PRACTICE represents the essence of mankind's hopes and good intentions desirous that all Afro American people and organizations should hence forth unite so that the welfare & well being of our people will be assured." - Quotation from Malcom's Speech in establishing the Organization of Afro American Unity in June 1964, New York Harlem. This Speech is mostly known by the sound bite "By Any Means Necessary."
( What got me started in studying Malcom's life (believe it or not ) was actually Oliver Stone's film "J.F.K." ( 1991 ). I watched J.F.K on VHS tape in 1996 and it blew my mind. Oliver Stone's J.F.K film caused me to not only research Kennedy's assassination but also MLK's, RFK's, and Malcolm X's assassinations in which all of them occurred in the sixties. )

Not all black people listen's to Cardi B though, all major rappers/hip hop artists are being listened too and viewed by mostly Hispanics, east Asians,Europeans, lower class whites and Suburban white people. And the reason for is because stereotypes are a form of entertainment as opposed to black people doing or saying something that is constructive. And also that's why Rappers don't have to hold any responsibility to us because most of their money comes from these various groups that I've mentioned who are racist towards black people and stereotypes entertains people with racist ideology ! Remember now these groups who are all privileged buy tickets to their concerts and spend more money on rap album's. Hip Hop/Rap is totally against black people period it's all minstrel nothing progressive smh!

It's easy to praise him. But how many can change they ways and way of thinking and live by his instructions. 👔👞💼🖐✊👑

Not only is Malcolm perhaps more current, than ever, and his message prescient regarding power structure, but the editing, and continuity of thought with footage to match the flow of logic is absolutely fantastic.
Great job in the editing room on a topic and personality worthy of such effort.
