cant decide long bow staff or sns gs of / i play 10+ hour a day i love pve farm a lot :D
The longbow + staff is a great choice if you prefer long-range combat and backline positioning

Thank you! I'm still using the same set of gears ( Fully traited). Global is coming out and I dont think I will still have the time to continue my journey in KR server. But if I will change it, I'd go for 4 palace set. I wanna try that block chance.

Nice vid dude. I wanted to ask whats your opinion when it comes to gearing SnS/GS. I think you already know Grenton, Kanon and Joei and at some point they were debating 2 builds. One was 3x endurance build that Grenton preffers and the other was an eva build with high melee/ranged eva plus a sprinkle of magic endurance. At first, i really thought melee evasion as a stat was pretty useless to go for as you'd sacrifice alot of ofher stats to have remotely enough evasion to counter GS hit inducing passive. But lately, Joei built an evasion SnS/GS and theres a video that Kanon showed on his stream where both Grenton ans Joei were fighting each other in arena, in different teams and it just looked like the evasion build just performed better. A tank really dies whenever they are cc ed and proned and if you have high eva that happens more rarely, but with the 3x endurance build Grenton uses, although on paper thats the real tank build it also comes with high high chances of being hit, cc ed and killed eventually.
My build is not made for arenas its made for ZvZ. It will 100% live longer than a m Evasion tank in ZvZ if you want to see proof you just need to watch Whelps' stream where he cooks sns users all day cause they are so focused on M Evasion. A clip from a stream of an arena match where we "1v1ed" which was me on a completely new skill build yapping to my chat isn't indicative of the strength of either build. Ultimately you build to counter your servers meta. If you're an arena only player the m evasion build will do really well in ZvZ not so much
@@GrentonCasts i do get all of that and kanon showcasing it on stream was reffering to the build as being good in zvz as well. I instantly thought this was not really the Best way to compare the two builds as IT was in arena and not a super large scale pvp environment. But what i do remember is Kanon saying that we were wrong saying m eva is troll and useless and the only way your endurance build works is if You mix in resists like collision/stun. I think you guys are both right and its just a matter of choosing, against what classes You wanna be strong and against others not so much. But im still curious what CHOW thinks as well.

In my opinion, it depends on your gameplay or goal. If you plan to dominate ZvZ, then melee evasion is kind of useless because you’re vulnerable to ranged and magic classes, which make up 2/3 of the threats. However, if you plan to dominate in the arena or 1v1 with melee evasion, then you’re on top.
Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but you have to sacrifice a lot to achieve high melee evasion and high hit/crit. You’re a god against melee, but you’re a glass cannon against ranged or magic classes. Sure, you can kill them, but they can easily kill you too.
That’s why I’d say my build is an all-rounder. I can handle 1v1, arena, small-scale, and ZvZ just fine. While I’m not as strong in ZvZ compared to a full tank build, I’m great in 1v1 and small-scale PvP. That’s why my playstyle in ZvZ is to hunt soft targets-most of the time, I play more like a DPS class than a tank in ZvZ.
The only players who can kill me most of the time are staff and wand users-that’s 1/3 of the threats. Against ranged and melee, I can survive.
Don’t forget that I can kill all those classes too, but not all of them can easily kill me.
It really boils down to how you want to play. If it were easy and cheap to create two sets of gear, I would: one as a full tank and one as a DPS tank.
To give you an idea - I'm currently working on my resonance and runes. My goal is to have 800 Melee, magic and range endurance. I have 800 on both melee and range, the only problem is magic endurance, it's not easy to get unfortunately. Based on questlog,I could get around 730+ magic endurance if I manage to max level my runes.

@@BoCHUNGUS I was talking with other koreans - they said the trait meta right now in ZvZ are melee evasion to counter SNS and GS skills such as stun/chain pull/etc.
Collision resistance - to avoid getting knocked back and avoid arrow vortex tornado skill that makes you float.
It actually makes sense to me know. I joined Kalis server's ZvZ but it's hard to break through because of the unlimited CCs (Stun, knock back, float, Collision).
what skill would you switch to gaia if you dont have a t2 gs yet?
I will probably still use it. It has good specialization skills.
hi whats the difference between gs sns and sns gs
SNS as your main weapon gives you weapon passive skill - shield block chance. it activates automatically as long as you equip SNS as your main weapon. It blocks attacks regardless if you are just standing, moving or while in combat. In short, it's what makes tank tanky.
GS is more on offense, I dont use as main weapon, it will make you soft if you use it as main weapon but you'll have higher damage output.

What rune do you used in your build?
I'm using random runes as of this time. I havent touched this part yet. It's a long grind and I'm saving my energy for global. But I'm planning to ignore the rune synergy and just use FULL SUPPORT Rune: Skill damage resistance.

I'm using Ryzen 7 5800x and 4070 super but I'm switching to Ryzen 7 78003xd soon.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I agree, the SNS GS can feel pretty dull at times. In another video, I pointed out that the skill rotation is extremely repetitive. The main objective is to eliminate your enemy in one combo, so the routine doesn't change much. This is in contrast to other classes like crossbow, longbow, staff, and wand, which have more dynamic skill rotations
@@venchowxiii yeah it's sad, that why i prefer sns/dagger. GS is too overpower for lowest effort invest into.
