God’s Word is SO GOOD and His design is perfect. Loved the analogy of coming inside from the rain.💙 Thank you for boldly yet humbly teaching Truth!

Overall, really good. However, I would like to say submission does not mean being a doormat. I do not like the checking your brain comments. God wants us to think. Submission is yielding to our husbands, but it does t mean we don’t voice our thoughts and opinions. Maybe the instructor believes that, but it was not clear in this video.
If my husband said we are moving across county, you better believe there will be discussion about that. It is a partnership. Gods original design was for us to work hand in hand. But because of sin, this was the result. We would have the desire to be contrary to our husbands and he was made to rule over. That was not the original plan.

Hello Sarah! We agree that husbands and wives should definitely discuss big decisions as they seek the Lord together in prayer and His Word. We look at the example of Sarah and Abraham and while Abraham had a misstep, the Lord covered Sarah as she chose to submit to her husband. Amy is not sharing for women to be doormats, but to encourage women to follow the Biblical model of submission. One teaching will not be able to cover all parts of this, but feel free to check out Amy's other teachings, as well as the main teachings from Athey Creek and Pastor Brett which go more into detail about the topic of submission. Blessings on you!
