Starts on a Friday evening, continues all day Saturday and Sunday (with breaks). 1 point for a win so first to reach 17 points. Has been known to finish late Sunday night. And tickets are free if your passing that way one year!
If Pete Weber or Sean Rash were bowling in the 10th frame, they would have gone absolutely POSTAL on the spectators. You can't so much as crinkle a water bottle while they're on the approach.
that looks like a very easy oil pattern (house), Moor on the PBA with their very thought and tight oil pattern wouldn't score too well I think! Thanks for the vid!
It is not shown here with this clip, but Barrett actually prompted the audience to begin that 'slow clap' for the 2nd shot in the 10th frame, which is usually only done when matches are done and dusted. In my opinion he not care too much about trying for the first ever doubles 300 in the Weber Cup.
Hai Quang Nguyen The games all over, makes no difference and the players encourage it as well. All part of the entertainment. Remember they are only playing to win the game and not trying to win mega bucks. Thanks for viewing.
I did not like the crowd applauding for Barrett's attempts in the tenth frame. I thought that it would have been more respective to remain quiet and let Barrett throw the ball
That would personally annoy me at the end with all the clapping on the 300 attempt. When my high school bowling team bowled a bakers 5 man 300 I was anchor and let me tell you, all you can hear were the vents and air conditioner in the alley.
Jeff Medina The games all won and dusted, that's why the spectators start clapping. It makes no difference to the outcome. Sometimes the players themselves encourage it as well. All part of the fun and enjoyment of it all....
I love mike's swing and release

Love Barrett's swing!
How long is the tournament a couple of days? Plus how many points does the US or EUR have to have to win the tournament?
Two of my Top 5 favourite bowlers in this match: Tommy Jones #2, Paul Moor #5. :)

Clapping hands at the end was very distracting. Why did they do that?

Jeff Medina right, they should have been quiet like always...
did anyone look at the interactive transcript? its very funny.
That's right. Would not be sanctioned anyway as it's on 1 lane and not a pair.
*trips everything* Commentator:"great shot from Paul Moor" lol
luluullul me too
can u imagine if that was pete weber rolling in the tenth...
Heey my name is TJ!
audience threw off team Europe in the 10th frame, shoulda stayed quiet rather than cheering, might've made the difference in concentration for the 300
Bummer.
well okay, if he egged them on, then i guess it's fine, but otherwise i woulda pulled a Pete Weber and lost my mind in front of God and everyone
