First of all, Gamera is Kadokawa, not Toho. Second, these mechs are based off the Four Sacred Beasts (Byakko the Azure Tiger, Suzaku the Vermillion Bird, Genbu the Black Tortoise, and Seiryu the White Dragon).

Also, I noticed that Kouki (the tortoise) had his head upside-down in his standalone form when he appears in the video. The silver on the neck is meant to face up when he is not combined.
all the mecha toys from all 3 star god series could mop the floor with any bandai sentai mecha, sad how these guys from a decade prior proves that you can put poseabillity in combining mecha toys
I like their change of aesthetics from Gransazers but I was kinda biased against Justirisers back then, dealing with the farewell to my most favourite TV show of all time that was Gransazers (no Internet, DVD player, pc at home back then LOL) What stands out here is that none of the individual star beasts could transform on their own. This should make it easier for them to be part of some combined godzilla formation like Daisazer. But we didn't get that. Kaiser was formed on another two headed lizard. Basically two lizards making a bigger lizard, not representing the "combined strength" of all. It looked ferocious enough to scare the final boss even 😢 😂 I remember screeching my teeth thinking about how much trouble could Nin riser give the Gransazers if they were too fight. That speed dash keeping up with teleporting girl boss was formidable 😢. I used to cope by thinking maybe Leviathan can work something out if he deployed shields. Or Daisazer doing the beyblade spin. Or Dai-Logia with the invisibility. The bird was so so. Had a visor instead of face like Garuda.😂But he skipped leg day. Ju felt authentic and I'd say the best design out of the three. Since there was no "element" to represent for him, his design doesn't feel out of place compared to Dorcrus, a bug. And due to the composite nature of transformation , involving the lizard who's name I forgot, he does not look like a creature awkwardly trying to walk on two legs. He looks like a menacing walking tank, a machine that looks like other machine, not humanoid mechs. His "hands" made up of lizard leg was a favorite concept to me and my baby brother. We even cosplayed it together, having him ride on my back 😑 Their spaceship was totaled 😶🌫. But it was a huge space station and much larger than cloud Dragon. Not much a fighter. Not a fan of shirogane. If one gets power boost so should all 3 of them taking turns. But Concept of giant Shirogane was unique with all 3 of them in it. First and foremost it felt like they pulling a massive troll on the enemy "huh you think only you can bloat upto that size". It was a bit unrealistic but had ultraman vibe. There was lack of action, I guess they wanted to portray it as something way out of league for the villain. And their was demon knight (legendary knight) whom I thought will get a mech of his own. He was cool. I have a solid guess why comments are disabled on the sazer X video. It's unfortunate but ok decision 👍 I enjoyed that video too.
8:55 I personally think it would have looked more imposing as the strongest of the 4 combinations if the feet were left alone. It is supposed to be a dragon, after all. Beyond that, I really like this video.
I've seen these mecha several times but it's only now i notice they're the cardinal direction beasts from Chinese? mythology. The Phoenix, Tiger, Turtle & Dragon.
Yep, the cardinal beasts of oriental mythology (cuz Korea and Japan have their own thanks to culture osmosis) Suzaku the vermillion bird Genbu the black turtle Byakko the white tiger Seiryu the azure dragon But for some reason the last two switched colors
- Riseross = MechaGodzilla/Kiryu - Ryuto = King Ghidorah/Mecha King Ghidorah, albeit with only two heads, it does gain a "three headed" fan mode as the JustiKaiser where you leave the Ryuto heads flipped up, oh Toho you funny people.
Enoh = look like Fire Rodan Ranga/NinRiser = look like King Cesar Kouki = look like Gamera flight form JuuRiser = look like Orga from Godzilla 2000 JustiKaiser = look like Destroyah but not evil

The blue one looks like almost 100% fit with the risercross, the red one is 70%-80% fit. But the black one Hahahaha. It’s funny, I am not gonna lie, that’s is like not able to move and absurd look
I'm kinda forget on whatever or not they actually have seperated main frames for all of them because, you know, sharing a single frame isn't exactly a good idea when you need firepower
If my memory is not wrong there is more then one main frame mecha godzilla like but get destroyed in a war ,that leaving one main frame and thats what they use as gattai

超星神シリーズのDXロボシリーズは戦隊ロボとは別のカッコ良さがありますよね。戦隊ロボは限られた可動しか動かせないけど超星神シリーズの合体ロボは可動が優秀だからかっこいいポーズが決めやすいから大好きでした。
