Баклажаны запекаете целиком,со всех сторон на углях.когда они станут мягкими,уже готовые.снимаите кожицу,макоть разделить на тонкие волокна ,как карандаш, такой толщины.добавьте,лук репчатый нарезанный соломкой,кинза,или любую зелень(петрушка, мята.кому что нравится)соль,масло растительное или оливковое ,перец острый, сок лимона или лайми по вкусу.можно есть теплым,или холодным.приятного аппетита 😊

Ratatouille is also very nice, though some more ingrediencies besides the eggplant (garlic, onion, zucchini, paprika and tomato etc) to make it. You are very inspiring! Thanks for letting us watch. Those are Dong Tao Chickens ( also known as Dragon Chickens) very iconic in Vietnam, and also expensive in foreign Chicken Breeding Circles. A Breeding Rooster in my State in Australia costs $1200 AUD. Apparently, In Restaurants they are consIdered a great Delicacy. They only lay approx. 60 Eggs per year ... and the Eggs have to be carefully looked after because with their big feet.... sadly, unfortunately they can easily break their Eggs.

Von Hoa ( The Dude Guy ),,, I really should say the Forest Guy,,, finally enjoying a bowl of rice,,, hehehe,,, thanks for sharing, it’s nice to see fresh foods from nature itself,, oh by the way, making soup out of the eggplant, sliced pig stomach, n those lil green balls, an orange squash, and some leafy greens added for the soup,,, a lil sour soup,,, I think I had that before in the Philippines where my wife is from, I am originally from Alaska, a small province called Nunivak Island, a village called Mekoryuk Alaska,,, we live off the land hunting wild animals, sea animals, and wild greens, a lot of fish and salmon, no wild pigs though,,, many other foods we harvest and hunt for the winter months,,, we freeze them then store them for our winter foods,,, take care my friend,,, a lot of food that you harvest and eat are about the same we eat at the Philippines when we visit our in-laws their,,, take care my friend,,, miss seeing Vang,,, I know she’s busy taking care of her grandma n grandpa,,,

We boil the eggplant when soft remive it put in the plate smash it and put egg on it and salt and fry it. Anither way roast it and remove the peelings smash it and put egg and salt and fry it. Yummy! Gid bkess you Zon and Vang!
