00:10 Travis Barker 2:00 Shannon Larkin 4:10 Danny Carey 6:10 Eloy Casagrande 9:10 Thomas Lang 12:00 Neil Peart 15:35 Mike Portnoy 16:40 Dave Lombardo 18:40 Virgil Donati 22:20 Joey Jordison
the correct answer is 1. Neil Peart (best musicianship, best technique, most fun to listen to), 2. Travis Barker (best showmanship), 3. Tommy Lee drumming upside down (not included in your list), then it doesn't matter.
I have been to many drum clinic cs over my time . You have a good list and I would like to add my favorite that I personally saw . Mr Bobby rock! What a monster !
I’m 40 yo and I say Joey jordison is/was the best drummer ever. He brought that drum roll double pedal back to fruition in a time where rock/metal was diminishing
1. Buddy Rich 2. Joe Morello 3. Ian Paice 4. Neil Peart 5. Carl Palmer 6. John Bonham 7. Ginger Baker 8. Carmine Appice 9. Simon Phillips 10. Todd Sucherman
i hate to be this guy but i only see a couple on here that would make it there all amazing but it's more than just hitting the skins fast and hard drums should have some rhythm at least but you nailed it on a few of them my guess is your a young lad though
I hate these "best" lists everyone likes different styles in music has their own opinion and usually their favorite band has the best drummer - like i cannot believe Gergo Borlai & Marco Minnimen were left off this list (my opinion) if you take all qualities and lump them together i do think Virgil might bump out Joey (except for speed)

Jason Kiser, exactly what I was thinking. Where's Eric Carr? He could hit fast hard and maintain a good rhythm while doing it.
What about Carmine Appice the originator of it all
Evangelist Roger Mansour former Leslie West Vagrants Drummer
Eloy, lang, jordison, virgil
Sam Woodyard
Spencer prewett
Y joe duplantier?

I don’t know a about any of the others but Neil Pearl’s video was reversed.
Travis barker is a beast on drums

Mike Mangini the best ever
Ian Paice
Dave Weckl
Steve Gadd
Vinnie Colaiuta
Dennis Chambers
Danny Carey
Michael Shrieve
Chester Thompson
Terry Bozzio

That second dude is a copycat
Sorry bit Travis is underestimated, and this sollo was not one of his good ones
How the Fuck was jordinson first
Only valid drummers were Lang, Peart, Portnoy and Donati. More research.
Джои капитальный красавчик.
