Thanks for this video. Great help for me.
Want to understand how any organization can be HIPAA certified. What is the process of it?.
Are there some external auditors like QSA for PCIDSS?

You can't be Certified against HIPAA, as it's a law. Only you can show your compliance to your clients by providing them an independent assessment report...it is called an attestation report..

I am glad that you found the video helpful!. @karnaveersingh2332 is correct in stating that organizations cannot be "certified" against HIPAA in the way that they might be certified against certain standards like ISO or PCI DSS. HIPAA is a regulatory framework (a law) and, as such, does not offer a certification process. Organizations are required to be compliant with HIPAA regulations, and compliance is typically demonstrated through an independent assessment, often resulting in an attestation of compliance or a report detailing the organization's adherence to HIPAA rules.
To demonstrate compliance, organizations may undergo a HIPAA audit conducted by a third-party that assesses their adherence to the HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules. The outcome is often an attestation report, which can then be provided to clients or partners as evidence of the organization's commitment to safeguarding protected health information (PHI).
