i got both item (the pie and the dev slice) from a developer called Liam, i don't know why he got 2 launchers but try to go for him too
Got two items (the pie and dev cake) but the dev hat is too hard to get because people are not online or the sever is just that full
The hat is an admin hat, it needs to be dispensed by an admin.
