I've been to Biltmore once (so far!) and it was a breathtaking experience. I'd LOVE to go again. Because this book is set there, it caught my attention right away and I've seen the trailer several times as it has RAPIDLY been making rounds on Facebok and Twitter. I am an adult, so I was surprised when I told my mother about it and she said she'd get me the book for my birthday. I got it on October 2, finished it in two days, and loved it. The author is signing copies in my town this Sunday, almost exactly a week before my birthday, and that's to be my present. I'm very excited! EDIT: Also, yes, this should be made into a movie. I don't have all the cast picked out in my mind yet, but if I were making it, I want this same little girl for Serafina (I see on the website she is one of Mr. Beatty's daughters, very sweet of him to have her in the trailer IMO), I'm not sure who I want for Braeden but it should probably be someone who's recently started in film and needs a solid role in something popular, and I knew from the start I wanted Stephen Moyer from True Blood as the gentleman Mr. Thorne.

This book series is amazing I moved to Tennessee about 6 years ago and have gotten to visit biltmore twice it’s beautiful, I love how I could really see the different spots and places in the book where it was at, Hollywood seriously needs to make this series into a movie or tv show, I was so excited when the graphic novel came out, definitely my favorite series, especially as someone who loves history

OK BUT WHY IS THIS EXACTLY HOW I IMAGINED EVERYTHING!? I read the book about 4 years ago, never seen this trailer, but somehow pretty much everything depicted here is exactly how I imagined it as I read it. I'd never even seen a picture of the building or any of the landscape it's based off of. All I can say it's an amazing story, as well as The Twisted Staff and The Splintered Heart (haven't read Seven Stars and idk if there's more).

I found out about this book from a woman in a Hardee's someplace in North Carolina on my way to Memphis for thanks giving. She turned around started asking us for answers to her trivia quiz and when we left we left with a book recommendation, the cleaning woman's thanksgiving menu, and her grandson's academic progress that had something to do with an argument between her (the cleaning woman) and the grandson's teacher over what 2+2 was. Very interesting car trip.
I can't wait to have spanish version of Serafina and the Seven stars! I rise my hand to have a movie or TV series! It's Amazing the description, the plot in the books and connection made to the nature and real Places in NC. Thanks to Serafina my children now love books without drawings and get into reading as an adventure. Wonderful stories, serafina deserves a place in a screen!
read both of these books. Yes I know they are technically middle school books but i found them interesting. Since I have been to Biltmore Estates several times it was nice to be able to see the places that the book spoke about. Gave them to my 14 yr old niece and she loved them.

My granddaughter has this book on her summer reading list I decided to read a couple of chapters. Made my husband go to Barnes and Nobles and buy it . I couldn't put it down Had to finish it that night . Absolutely captivating .Went out yesterday and bought the next 3. Just finished reading the 2nd one Can't wait to start tomorrow on Book 3 Fantastic Author . Please make the movies

Ultimately one of the best books I have ever read, I’m working on some fan art for it right now. And if you loved Serifina you’ll also fall in love with Willa of The Wood, another classic.
I have just got done getting a tour of the Biltmore house and the art and architecture is truly amazing everything about the design was just *chef kiss* amazing. I can remember third grade when my librarian chose the first book for me to read and I’m glad she did. I haven’t read Willa of the wood yet but I will keep an eye out at my book store. I can not explain how happy I was each time I finished one of your books when I heard there was more. We will soon be going to see the statue of Diana. I do have a question, I have always been so fascinated and intrigued by the cemetery with the angels glade, what I’m asking is do you happen to remember where that was? It’s alright if you don’t just a little curious. Not everything in the house was open for safety reasons but we saw a good portion of the house. It was incredibly cool to think about the servants going up and down the halls in the basement and working in the kitchen. That’s all for now I hope you get a chance to read this! The trailer is very good, but a feature length movie would be better! There are many stories about children who escape from evil or defend themselves against the creatures that come after them. The cool thing about Serafina is that she does not wait for evil to come after her....she hunts them down!
did anyone notice that in the book it was placed in the 1899 and many people stayed at the house but in the trailer there was a scene were the inn was with shooting stars above it

Indeed, the battles that we dare to fight. I saw a figure wearing a black cloak today and he had huge angelic wings, he had the golden sun behind him, I was showering at the time of seeing it! In this trailer there is a lynx, and I had a golden painting of a lynx come in during October 2018.
