@SpitBrix I was wondering if you had noticed that the Lego Lamborghini Countach (76908) also uses a grey microphone as a gear stick, and the Fender Stratocaster (21329) uses a candle to create the end of the whammy bar. 21:48 i also found a funny use for the claws So for christmas i got the marvel rocket racoon lego set and when building the head i noticed that these claws are being used as whiskers! its so cute!
This honestly made me appreciate some of these sets and wished I got some of these -- now I'm gonna keep a better eye out on how these are built thank you
37:01 whips are also used in Lego Minecraft sets for making a "fishing rod" with a fish that can be attached at the end of the whip (but it's SO difficult to balance a Minifigure with the whip AND the fish on any hand..)
There’s some more wicked NPU in the Orient Express that I didn’t know about since it was my first time seeing these parts. The lamps in the dining car all use inverted cupcake pieces for lampshades. The airbrake handle in the cab is a black paint roller piece. And the smoke box has a peculiar arrangement of technic bricks, that at first glance seem strange, but train fans can see them as a representation of a steam locomotive’s flue pipes.
Also In the kingfisher set they used all black microphone pieces in some s.n.o.t (studs not on top) bricks (the variant with a square hole at the back and in the front is kinda lego mini figure foot shaped that has a stud with a hole in the middle) as eyes

You probably beat me to it later in the vid but the globe mini figure head in the The Office set is also in the GWP set...I cant rember the name of it, I love books or something. The bookcase with the char and ladder and stuff. There was also pieces missing from that set when I watched a friend on Twitch build it.
I wouldn't be surprised if they used the guns as little support pieces where something simpler would have done the job and in things like lamps just as an excuse to get more of them out there to kids who might be deprived of weaponry for their dudes by their overprotective parents' set choice.
