Hiii, for those who don't know what shortcut he's using at 1:11, he is using a free after effects script FX console, but if you don't have it you can also go to the effects and presets panel, type fill, and make double click to apply the effect.

It's a free after effects script FX Console, if you don't have it you can simple just search transform effect in the effects and presents section and add it from there
