From there, you need to get whitelist by the staff to be able to join the server. After that, *Good luck* trying to battle with more than 600++ people to log in (server cap 100 player). Also, server restart every 8 hours, to give a chance to other player who cant login.
Jill is alive as she said. Pekora saying "it's alive in here" is a reference to the meme and that Jill exists in her Minecraft server too.
