    Amla premix mein jaggery bhi add kar sakte hai??? Refined sugar will destroy the benefits of amla..

      jaggery dry nahi hogi, sugar ki tarah to powder nahi banega.
      The liquid needs to be absorbed

    Thanks Manisha for one more superb recipe again. But I will have to wait for the summer to put it outside in sun. Right now we have only snow all around. I am going to try it inside in a small quantity . Maybe inside heat will do the trick. My daughters are fantastic cooks but haven’t made this so far. I am going to show them this recipe. Hopefully they will get inspiration from you to make this. Thanks again. Will try the second one too.

    Wonderful recipee . I also try this type of receipee without cooking. It becomes more healthy if we don't cook this type of fruits. Dear can u suggest other option of sugar ?

      Beetroot kanji ya aur koi kanji yahi sahi tatse hai. Kyunke hum usse sun me 3-4 din ferment karne rakhte hai. Fermented kanji has that taste .

      Honey is a good source of antioxidants. Godd quality honey should be consumed in moderation. This amla and honey makes a good combination. I could not find any other better option than honey :) This is an age old recipe.
