Great video. I'm taking the RER B to Chatelet Les Halles in May. I was a bit concerned about exiting to Rue de Rivoli or transferring to Metro Line 1 to get to Saint Paul. It looks like it may be a long walk but I only have one small carry on so I should be okay by the looks of things. Thanks for you video.
***What an amazing video, always a pleasure coming to see you're wonderful channel, a big thumbs up and will def becoming back to see more fantastic content*Do take care and have a bless-full day*** ***🌺 🌺 🌺
Merci beaucoup! I'm going to France this Friday and I have to transit by this station from Bus station Bercy. Your video helps me alot. 07:30 that one is RER and 11:12 is Metro. Am I right?
Thank you for this detailed video! Can you please tell me if there is any elevator/lift for my brother who is on a wheelchair? He doesn't carry it by himself, I push it. What about the gap bwtween the train and the platform? Will I be able to lift the wheelchair and get into the train? (Sorry for the lengthy message.) Thank you anyway.
oh sorry,im not sure about the lift escalator, yes! and mind the gap between the train and the platform ,lift it but dont worry parisians are very helpful, people will help you and your brother
thank you for the video. If I come from CDG taking RER B. I shoould take Metro Line 7 . Do I just look for correspondance/change to Line 7 or I just follow Sortie, first ?
I was thinking of using this station to transfer from RER B to M1 to reach my hotel near Champs Elysées Clemenceau during an upcoming trip. Apart from the long walk (the reverse of that shown here), how easy would this be with luggage (mid-sized checked bag on spinner-wheels with a carry-on attached to it)? Would I have to climb or descend stairs? The alternative is to transfer from RER B to M4 at Gare du Nord, and then to M1 at Châtelet. Are there signs on the Metro carriages indicating the line number…or do you just navigate to the correct platform?
@David Thaler , yeah there are signs and easy to follow,RER B Chatelet to M1 is a long walk with your luggage but easiest way to line 1,this subway station is the largest in Paris
no,its only for bus and metro but you can use it if the RER is just around Paris buy a ticket on information booth depending to where you want to go if you take RER

Hi! I was wondering if it’s safe to travel at night say 8:30 pm to go from Neuilly-sur-Seine to Paris?
I was thinking of using this station to transfer from RER B to M1 to reach my hotel near Champs Elysées Clemenceau during an upcoming trip. Apart from the long walk (the reverse of that shown here), how easy would this be with luggage (mid-sized checked bag on spinner-wheels with a carry-on attached to it)? @@THE_EXPLORER Thanks. Are there escalators to get to and from the train platforms at Châtelet?
Hello, i want to ask something, can we use ticket t+ for RER?
no,its only for bus and metro but you can use it if the RER is just around Paris
buy a ticket on information booth depending to where you want to go if you take RER
never seen a double decker subway train before
