The third ending is basically: "Killing Minnie then getting the rose and bringing it too Minnie" and I guess Mickey regrets shooting her cause the ending is called "Regret"

As for that third ending... Well, it plays out very similarly to the good ending with the rose, just with a bit of murder mixed in.
And yeah, in retrospect, I really should have done more with Donald... Maybe in an update?

How to get 3/5 ending. Simple, grab the gun, shoot Minnie, grab the flower, finally give the rose to Minnie dead body. And that's how you get 3/5 ending

I do know how you get the last ending. Once you kill Minnie with a shotgun, go and grab the flower, go to Minnie and give a flower to Minnie and you get the ending
