4:09 her screams here just lives in head . Whenever I think of the saddest character's scream and pain she comes to my mind . And I haven't even seen the movie. This whole mv is so beautifully done . " If u have ever waited for someone you should know , even if you have to wait a little longer you still believe you will meet again someday" holding on to that hope which may not even happen . This line just suits every xianxia drama i have seen . They skip those hundreds of years for us , but those characters lived through those times waiting for their partners

(I long for three lifetime, three worlds, and ten miles of peach blossom) Which I believe meant “I hope past life, current life, afterlife/next life, whichever world/century, may I have luck to be with the person I love again.” For peach blossoms symbolize longevity/immortality,luck and love. each version has its own touch of beauty and is great in their own way, the movie follows the manhua and honestly i love the cgi and how its different from the drama, the drama has less cgi and is more slowpaced allowing the storyline to better process and unlike the movie has a happy ending. both lead actors for each version are amazing and yes, the actress playing mulan is in this movie. but ye i like both vers.
Same, I like both the movie and the drama series. The actor and actress of the movie make such a handsome and beautiful couple while the drama series gives in much more details to back up the story bc when I first watched the movie I was so lost at the end when I saw that Bai Qian's master Mo Yuan looks exactly just like Ye Hua and the drama series really helped out

Yang yang and liu yifei need to be in alot more costume dramas. Im surprised yang yang has not been casted in the most iconic role as Yang Guo in return of condor heroes. Looking at liu yifei's drama history it is a disappointment and shame that she stopped doing dramas all that time since 2006.
For me, the reason why this movie didn't do as well as the drama is because of Mark Chao. If I haven't watched Mark Chao as Yehua, I would most likely love this movie. It's not Yang Yang's fault (I love his drama's) but he couldn't match Mark Chao's when it comes to crying scenes. I haven't seen another actor that could deliver a heart-wrenching scene as well as Mark Chao.

So like shes super pretty so I decided to look her up and dude... 💀 shes Mulan from the live action. No womder they looked similar to me THEY'RE THE SAME PERSON JUST LIKE SU SU AND QIAN QIAN. Also on a side note, the Cdrama of this is REALLY good, quite long but worth it. Now that I've watched this version of it, it'll be hard to follow if you havent watched the drama. Yang Mi and Liu Fei did amazing in my opinion to play as Bai Qian
I always love k drama's more but i have to admit Chinese HIstoricals are better Drama's are very underrated they are as good as k drama's the problem is they are not as promoted and supported netflix should keep them aswell and stop being biased but no joke they are outstanding as well and Chinese movies are also beautiful the Historicals are just out of this world
I love watching k-dramas but recently watched a few Chinese historicals and they are really quite good! I like that the characters are pretty smart and don't do things not true to their nature. The storyline, the costuming, beautiful sound tracks and beautiful scenery, it's something different and a nice change. Watched "Miss Truth", Love and Redemption, Under the Power and going to watch "The Wolf" next.

I'm in love with YH eyes and gesture here so does how strong BQ is. It just why didn't they give us more time to actually walk along with the story. BQ voice in the movie is such an addiction, you can absoluty feel her grieve and pain through her voice. The visual is absoluty amaizing, looks expensive not like a cheap CGI Akh, if only they give us an extended version, I will willingly give my time to watch it, I give my 3-4hr for the LOTR why not this beautiful piece

I remember when the movie was released, the production team said it’s a trilogy. The 2nd and 3rd movie will be portraying the life as mortals and when they were master and apprentice. Also the movie was cut due to broadcast time limit in cinemas. Sadly the movie got badly attacked when it’s released and we probably aren’t given the chance to see the other versions.

I didn't watch the drama until after the movie haha but still understood it because I read the manga. I was so excited to watch this movie and thought it was fake because I could not believe they casted Yang Yang and Yifei in one movie together. Two of my favorite actor/actress, seemed so surreal but was a magnificent film!

Miriam Makena I know what you mean, but heaven and evil realms are not accurate description in CDrama world. They are just two different realms. In both realms there are good, evil and something-in-between people, just like human world. The concept is different from western HEAVEN and HELL.

Beautiful movie. Nice actors and story. I would probably not have understood it fully, if I did not have seen the drama eternal love where all the characters and stories were revealed in more details. It s worth to watch it, but I would say to fully enjoy it and to revisit the story from another angle, after having seen Eternal love drama and all the episodes. In some aspects the movies is even more heartbreaking and emotional than the drama.

I’ve cried in the movie and I cried even MORE in the drama 😭😭 Both the main actors in the movie and drama are OUTSTANDING! ❤️❤️ I strongly recommend to watch both. The movie may jump everywhere but you do understand everything when paying close attention ❤️❤️

Miriam Makena I know what you mean, but heaven and evil realms are not accurate description in CDrama world. They are just two different realms. In both realms there are good, evil and something-in-between people, just like human world. The concept is different from western HEAVEN and HELL.

Beautiful movie. Nice actors and story. I would probably not have understood it fully, if I did not have seen the drama eternal love where all the characters and stories were revealed in more details. It s worth to watch it, but I would say to fully enjoy it and to revisit the story from another angle, after having seen Eternal love drama and all the episodes. In some aspects the movies is even more heartbreaking and emotional than the drama.

Well, I will recommend you to watch the drama "ten miles of peach blossom" aka "eternal love" which is the series version of this movie because the movie could be a bit confusing but the series is well explained. U won't regret watching it 😊😃
