The crunch is amazing. I like ginger, but only in small thin slices… it ironically gives me a tummy ache. lol. Sushi looks incredible and I always wanna try all this…You make everything look so yummy. I bought Thai eggplant the other day, it’s so good and I got it at my local grocery store in Northern California and never have seen it before , the cashier asked me about it. I said I watched you eat it and wanted to try. Lol

As a non-sushi eater I have to ask, does the little tiny dip of soy sauce even do anything?
Yes it does, soy sauce is very salty so you need just a tiny bit to bring out all the flavours of the sushi (just like you would with regular salt). It depends on the person tho, some people literally drench it in soy sauce 😂 oh & there are some rolls that actually have sauce on them already 😊

Lol...she never did that, she just didn't use as much as you prefer. She likes to taste her sushi...plus most of them were covered in flavorful toppings that would've been overpowered by the soy sauce.
