- A patch that draws circles and f̶o̶r̶m̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶c̶i̶r̶c̶l̶e̶s̶ FiDgEt sPiNnErS and produces a wide range of sounds, using FM synthesis.
The patch doesn't output video. The right half of the video is filmed from an analog oscilloscope in XY-mode, which is connected to the audio output.

There's a bit of "clicks" when it toggles on and off, you could probably fix that by letting the waveform cross to zero before cutting it off. Not sure if you already do however.
waterlubber I've always wondered how to do this but I've never bothered to look it up, can you explain?
he just means let it fade in and out slightly to remove the clicking sounds
@@nuxx1876 that would probably give better results than abruptly stopping the waveform at 0, plus the spirals are the fading in and out

woud be possible to get that "MOVE" as a 0 to 360 degree angle knob so then we can use an external LFO to rotate the whole thing while having the chance to syncronise it to other elements in the project?

the dot traces out the circle, and to get the fm synthesis sound it goes back and forth

Device Not working in Live 9.7.2 with Max 7.3.0
What does it do? I made it in Max 7.3.3, maybe it helps to update your version.
No sound at all

Apparently it only does nothing by default for some weird reason, clicking a preset made it start working
Definitely a bug!
it's a minor version, it should work fine as it did with all your patches
Nah, that's a feature. All knobs are carefully set to zero initially, inviting you kindly to turn them yourself. If that bugs you, feel free to make it load a preset by default.

I didn't realize until now that the velocity envelope is the responsible of the volume issue. haha

They weren't ready for release. The patch developed while I worked on Circles and this is the cleaned up version.
