- Barcelona Tapas is considered the BEST Spanish restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. The service and quality of food are top notch. It is only a few blocks from the malecón, with a killer view and we were able to see some fireworks after the dinner.
They serve generous portions with fresh and high quality ingredients. We definitely ordered too much for 2 people and had leftovers the next day. Highly recommend the steak and any seafood dishes!
