Only 70 miles north of our home, we'd driven past Speyer a half dozen times and every time we say the sign, we thought "we really need to visit". So, we finally put a mark on the calendar and did it. WOW! Speyer is amazing. We went up for the day, walked around the beatutiful old town of Speyer, checked out the Old Gate and had some lunch. After our delicious meal, we headed in to see one of the oldest remaining churches in Germany and Europe. Stunning and full of amazing history. Be sure to let us know what you think of our video!

DestinationEverywhere was created to chronicle our family's memories of traveling. We're a family of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 who lived in Stuttgart, Germany for four and a half years. We traveled by Car 🚗, Plane, ✈️, Train 🚆 and 🚌 to see as much of Europe as possible. We're big fans of AirBnB and Booking.com for our lodging; TrainlineEU, EasyJet and Ryan Air for traveling and we did a lot of driving throughout Europe.
