Two things: first, the forest sections here are still gorgeous, and second, protecting yourself spiritually is always a good idea with any meditation. Use whatever spiritual and religious systems you usually work with. It's a good practice to ask your Guide/God whether or not you should participate in the meditation. Trust your gut. If it feels weird and ookie, leave. If you're in a group and someone is expecting you to participate in a guided meditation and you have no idea who these people are, bow out. Asking people to trust you to take them on a guided meditation when they don't know you from Eve is rude at best. Same thing goes for people who are speaking in languages you don't know or using phrases you don't understand. Some people may naively just do this stuff out of ego and other people may be trying deliberately to mess with your head. In either case, you don't want them in there. Drive safely. Enjoy the view.

Tuason uses his personal trauma as a shield to deflect criticism, but he fails the most basic duty of a filmmaker: to tell a story. Watching this is like being forced to pay for someone else’s self-indulgent therapy session. There is no tension, no narrative arc-only 90 minutes of static frames and "atmospheric" noise that you could find for free on RUclips. This is a "ROI scam" (Return on Investment) designed to trick curious viewers and loot their pockets. Verdict: Save your $20. The only thing "horrifying" about this movie is the lack of integrity in its production.
