As we can see in the anime he just touch a guy and he disappears. But DIO can stop time and ZA WARUDO is more powerful than Killer Queen. If Kira is about to touch DIO he could easily stop time and stop him and if he uses starycat that wouldn't be much of a deal, for DIO that's nothing. But DIO can't know Kira's power. So what could happen is DIO would get touched my Kira and die or survive Or DIO knows his powers thanks to some of his servants Or Maybe they will Team up cus they both want to kill Jotaro so maybe they could team up and kill him Idk for sure

So DIO is somewhat doing justice to this kid by beating up his somewhat abusive dad who had the ability to explode shit by touching them and A bomb that can reset time

I never really thought about it, but Kira could be the only person who stands a chance to kill Dio. (Yes, Jotaro's victory was BS) Dio IS an immortal vampire after all, and regenerates almost every wound almost instantly. His only weakness is sunlight and hamon, which no one after Joseph was shown to use. But since Killer Queen doesn't wound him externally, but instead explodes his entire body, I am not sure if Dio could regenerate from that. And BTW, I am Anime only, so I would appreciate it if you could try to not spoil me if I am wrong, and a character from part 5+ could also do that.
